Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Ambassador of Uzbekistan Karomiddin Gadoev visited the headquarters of the Malaysian company Hextar Global, located in the city of Klang, Selangor, and held a meeting with the head of the company, Erwan bin Tahir, Dunyo reported.
During the meeting, issues of mutual cooperation with Hextar Group and Hextar Global were discussed.
The head of the company was informed that Uzbekistan has created a favorable business environment for investors, including existing free economic zones and various incentives for infrastructure connection. It was noted that conditions for foreign investors have been established to register business projects quickly through a "one-stop-shop" system.
The Malaysian side was presented with prospective investment projects in the chemical industry in various regions of Uzbekistan.
The company head expressed interest in further expanding their activities through joint projects in other countries amid globalization. The company representative stated their readiness to consider proposals for participation in projects based on public-private partnerships in Uzbekistan, including investments in renewable energy such as hydro and wind energy, as well as telecommunications projects.
During the meeting, Hextar Group agreed with the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan to explore cooperation opportunities with JSC "Uzkimyosanoat" in the fields of chemical industry and green energy, as well as to organize a visit of company representatives to Uzbekistan.
As part of the visit, the production activities of Chempro Technology, a subsidiary of Hextar Global, were presented.
