The magazine entitled "Uzbekistan: 15 years of steady steps" has been issued in Brussels. It is dedicated to the achievements of the republic o­n further democratizing and renewing the society, reforming and modernizing the country, positive results in development of science, culture, tourism, sports, health, mass media and other spheres of public, political, social and economic life of Uzbekistan.

The Belgian magazine "Diplomatic world" in cooperation with the Uzbek Embassy in Belgium published the magazine.

In the magazine the foreign audiences may thoroughly learn Uzbekistan. The issue has 22 sections, namely the political reforms, the achievements in economic sphere, the investment potential, foreign policy, the international economic relations, cooperation with the EU and Belgium, liberalization of judiciary, the system of social protection and gender policy, religion, education, healthcare, tourism, culture and sports.

The magazine tells about foreign and domestic policy of Uzbekistan – the mutual relations with various states of the world, international and regional organizations, as well as the efforts o­n democratization of the state governance system and establishing the civil society now undertaken by the Leadership of Uzbekistan. Besides, the measures o­n reforming and modernizing the economy, including the favorable conditions created for foreign investors and business people has been described in detail in the edition.

"Uzbekistan: 15 years of steady steps" also wrote about the rich historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of Uzbekistan, the modern potential of the country in such areas as science, high technologies, education, religious enlightenment, healthcare, sports, tourism and other.

The edition is illustrated with colorful photographs that portray the achievements of the Republic of Uzbekistan for over the years of independence and rich cultural heritage of the Uzbek people. It has been issued in 5,000 copies, Jahon news agency reported.
