London: Judoka Mirzakhid Farmanov bows out

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan’s judoka Mirzakhid Farmanov completed his participation at Olympic Games in London, losing Round of 16 bout against Jun-Ho Cho of South Korea.

In weight category of 66 kg, Mirzakhid Farmanov defeated Ahmed Yousef Elkawiseh of Libya. In Round of 16, he lost to Jun-Ho Cho and wrapped up his campaign in London Games.

As reported earlier, judoka Rishod Sobirov won only medal of Uzbekistan at London Olympic Games. He won bronze medal in weight category of 60 kg.
