In line with the decree of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information from 17 July 2012, the license AA No. 0000682 of Uzdunrobita, issued on 28 July 2014, to right to design, construction, exploitation and rendering services of mobile radiotelephony (mobile) communication services has been suspended for ten working days for elimination of violations from 18:00 of 17 July 2012.

Uzdunrobita informed the UzACI on elimination of violations with its letters from 18 July and 24 July 2012 and called to resume operation of license AA No. 0000682, which was issued on 28 July 2004 to resume work of network

Further monitoring revealed that the company actually did not illegal use of three radio-relay line in Tashkent and Tashkent region, which was indicated in the decree of the UzACI from 17 July 2012.

The revealed facts show that the company ignores orders of the State Communication Inspection and the Uzbek Agency for Communication and it is qualified as non-elimination of liabilities of licensee, which was resulted in suspension license in line with article 46 of the Regulation on licensing in telecommunication sector”.

In line with the article 22 of the Law “On licensing separate types of activities” and article 45 of the regulation on licensing separate types of activities, approved by the government on 22 November 2000, the Economic Court of Tashkent city adopted decision on prolongation of suspension of the license for three months for non-execution of orders of the regulators by licensee.
