Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to May 2025, Uzbekistan exported 1,740 tons of lemons, totaling US$2.8 million in value, according to data from the National Statistics Committee.

This represents an increase of 77 tons, or 4.6%, compared to the same period last year, indicating a steady rise in international demand for Uzbek lemons.

The main export destinations remain the CIS countries, with the largest volumes delivered to Russia (1,051 tons), Kazakhstan (603 tons), and Kyrgyzstan (81 tons).

Other countries accounted for a combined total of 5 tons.
