MPs of Legislative Chamber, members of Ecological Movement, and Committee on environment, mass media, representatives of ministries and departments participated in the work of the session.

During the session, participants discussed main tasks of the Committee on Ecology and Environment Protection of Legislative Chamber and MPs group of Ecological Movement for 2010 and near future, as well as action programme for 2011-2014.

Participants drew attention to increasing role of NGOs in further developing ecological legislation, protection of small and private businesses, and improving legislation on regulating their activities, ensuring protection of environment.

The session agreed the action programme of the Committee on Ecology and Environment Protection of Legislative Chamber and MPs Group of Ecological Movement on legislative initiatives, control-analytical activity and practical works in places for 2011-2014.
