It was attended by members of the working group, which consists of deputies, representatives of various ministries and departments, the press service of the Legislative Chamber said.
At the meeting, main attention was paid to the reflection of norms in the draft law that define its scope, subjects of e-commerce, information intermediaries and their functions that simplify the execution of contracts, as well as providing e-commerce information security.
According to deputies, adoption of this draft law makes it possible to reduce costs of implementing trade practices, solve problems of geographical distance of e-commerce entities from each other, operational establishment of contractual relations, obtaining information offered by various competitors and related prices, quality and delivery of goods by buyers and sellers in short term.
