The Centre for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the company’s prospectus of emission.
In line with the prospectus of emission, Kyzylkumcement OJSC will place 1,988,964 ordinary shares with par value of 126,000 soums each. Total emission of shares will make up 250.609 billion soums.
The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription through replacement of shares with lower par value to new shares with higher nominal value.
The company said that the part of shares for 192.929 billion soums were fully paid on par value, while other part for 57.679 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income of the company for 2009.
Kyzylkumcement open joint stock company was commissioned in 1977 and it is the largest cement plant in Uzbekistan. Its capacity is over 3.1 million tonnes a year.
