Nada was red-carded in Kuwait's 2-0 Asian Cup defeat against China on Saturday for lashing out at an opponent and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) on Tuesday said that he had been suspended for two matches.
Nada will miss Kuwait's other two matches in Group A against Uzbekistan on Wednesday and hosts Qatar on Sunday.
Tufegdzic, who blasted Australian referee Benjamin Williams after the game, told reporters that he saw a letter on Monday which said that the player had been banned for one match.
"Now I have been informed that he has a two match punishment and I don't understand why it was changed. I know he made a mistake, but he does not deserve to be banned for two matches," the Serbian said.
