Uzbekistan 29/01/2009 Korean publisher awarded with Dustlik order

Uzbek President Islam Karimov

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek President Islam Karimov signed a decree to award Publisher-Chairman of The Korea Post Lee Kyung-sik with the Dustlik (Friendship) order on 28 January 2009.

The decree said that Lee Kyung-sik was awarded for his contribution to development and strengthening of friendship relations and cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea, as well as promotion of rich cultural, spiritual and historic heritage of the Uzbek people among international community.
