According to the Uzbek ICT Ministry, Kim Nam Seok is completing his work in Uzbekistan due to expiration of his contract.

Kim Nam Seok started his work in Uzbekistan in 2013. Kim Nam Seok helped to develop cooperation between Uzbekistan and South Korea in ICT sector, attracting Korean IT companies to the market of Uzbekistan.

He also participated in development of the complex of programme on development of national information and communication systems for 2013-2020, developed industrial standards and classifiers, recommendation on development of software industry and introduction of ICT into real sector of economy.
