Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 14 to 16 September, the traditional International Festival “Raqs Sekhri” (“Dance Magic”) takes place at the Ichan-Kala Historical Museum-Reserve in Khiva.

The festival is attended by representatives of ministries and departments of the republic, the diplomatic corps, professionals and artists in the field of dance and music, music, theater and dance groups from Uzbekistan and around the world, local and foreign media, residents and guests of the country.

Among the foreign participants, guests are from China, France, the Netherlands, Russia, Malaysia, Canada, Indonesia, Italy, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

For three days, festival guests can watch the national dances of various nations, reflecting the culture of the region from where they came from.
