The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered prospectus of emission of the bank on 4 December 2012.

Within the emission, Kapitalbank placed 1 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 10,000 soums. Total sum of the issue made up 10 billion soums.

The bank placed shares on open subscription among unlimited number of investors.

In the result, the charter capital of Kapitalbank makes up 43 billion soums, which consists of 4.3 million ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums.
