The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the emission, Kapitalbank will place 1 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 10,000 soums. Total sum of the issue makes up 10 billion soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, the bank will place shares on open subscription among unlimited number of investors. At the same time, Kapitalbank’s shareholders will have no primary right to purchase securities.

In line with the bank’s data, the charter capital of Kapitalbank makes up 33 billion soums, which consists of 3.3 million ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums.
