According to the decision of shareholders, the insurance company will direct 77.915 million soums to development of the company.

Kapital Sug’urta also issued 19.479 million soums to formation of reserve capital, the company added.

The shareholders adopted decision to raise charter capital up to 2 billion soums. Within the emission, the company will place 10 million shares of ordinary shares and 10 million preferential shares with nominal value of 100 soums.

The company said that the shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription among unlimited investors.

Kapital Sug’urta open joint stock company was founded in February 1991. The company possesses license to render insurance services on 13 clases of general insurance, both on voluntary and mandatory insurance. The charter capital company makes up 4 billion soums.
