The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the insurer on 28 October 2014.

Within the issue, the insurance company will additionally place 11,601,033 ordinary shares with par value of 1,430 soums each. Total volume of the issue will make up 16.589 billion soums.

All shares will be placed on closed subscription to Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan. The company will receive a building with total area of 7668 square meters in Tashkent as a payment for shares.

In the result of placement of shares, the charter capital of Kafolat will reach 26.162 billion soums.
