According to the company, it is providing interactive service via its official website. It added that it is improving its information and technology infrastructure on rendering insurance service.

A system on management of database Kafolat-online was launched in test mode. The system was crated based on internet technologies and it will unify all information about company – insurance, financial, human resources and others. Besides, the company said that soon the clients will be able to purchase insurance policies via internet.

Kafolat said that it signed about 572,500 insurance agreements in 11 months of 2013 and collected insurance premiums for 25.9 billion soums (+42.7%).

Total volume of rendered insurance services in the reporting period made up 8.5 trillion soums. The growth of insurance liabilities made up 49.2%.

In eleven months of 2013, the company received 2,746 applications on insurance claims. The volume of insurance payouts made up 5.172 billion soums, which rose 2.6 times year-on-year. The company said it makes up 8-9 payouts a day.
