The memorandum was signed in Minsk in the course of the visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan led by acting Minister of Development of Information Technologies and Communications Sherzod Shermatov. The delegation also includes members of the IUT administration.

The document between IUT and HTP Educational Center is aimed at expanding ties in the sphere of education, which consists a mutual interest.

Within the memorandum, the parties plan to exchange experience in improving system of training and re-training of IT-specialists, as well as improving their skills.

Educational institutions will help each other develop software development industry and information technologies both in Uzbekistan and Belarus.
