Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In recent years, the government of Uzbekistan has carried out large-scale work to promote the tourism potential of Uzbekistan in the global and domestic tourism markets. This had a significant impact on increasing the level of domestic and inbound tourist flow into the country. This situation necessitated the development of the hotel business.

The number of foreign tourists visiting the country is growing significantly. In 2021 alone, this figure reached 1,716,500 people, and planned work is underway to increase the flow of tourists in 2022.

In a modern market economy, the role of the hotel as a means of accommodation in the tourism business is important in the face of strong competition in the tourism industry. In tourism activities, services provided by tourist accommodation facilities are the main services in organizing both individual and group travel.

In order to improve the quality of services at accommodation facilities, in accordance with state standards, procedures have been established for auditing all accommodation facilities in the country, issuing certificates of conformity in accordance with the procedure established by law and inspection.

State Unitary Enterprise "Certification Center for Sports and Tourism Services" launched a survey system to assess the level of satisfaction of tourists coming to the country from accommodation facilities, while all guests have the opportunity to express their opinions on the sections "Facilities", "Pilgrimage objects, information objects", " Entertainment objects”, “Poll of service quality at the place of residence”, “Transport, medical institutions”.
