The event was held by National Center of Uzbekistan on Human Rights, Constitutional Court, Ministry of Justice, General Prosecutor’s Office, Tashkent State Legal Institute at the assistance of Konrad Adenauer Foundation, French Embassy and Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.

MPs of Legislative Chamber and members of the Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, state bodies, international organizations, diplomatic corps, foreign experts from France, Germany, Ireland, Slovakia and Russia participated at the event.

The event was aimed at developing of constitutional rights in Uzbekistan and world, developed proposals and recommendations on improving draft laws, etc.

During the conference, the participants discussed constitutional construction in Uzbekistan in the world, perspective development of constitutional right, constitutional institutes on protection human rights, improvement of legislation, etc.
