The 30-minute programme presented information about Uzbekistan, located in the center of Central Asia, and acknowledge as one of cradles of civilization.

The programme said that historic monuments of Uzbekistan reflect epoch of medieval renascence in east. Such famous people as Avicenna, Al Khorazmi, Beruni and many other scientists, prominent culture and religion representatives lived in Uzbekistan.

The programme showed film “Beautiful Bukhara”, which was prepared by the channel in assistance of Israeli tourism company R.P.A.Port International Ltd.

The report started with Bukhara International Airport and later provides information about monuments and sights of Bukhara city. The video covers such monuments as Ark, Minorai Kalon and Mosque Kalon, Mir Arab Madrasah and others.

The documentary also briefed about trade points of historic part of Bukhara and development of craftsmanship. The film also provided information on Uzbek cuisine, including Bukhara plov, manti and lagman, as well as tea ceremony.
