"We should less talk about potential possibilities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and more discuss its efficiency," said Uzbek President Islam Karimov at the news conference on the SCO Summit results today in Bishkek.

Islam Karimov during 6 years of SCO operation its organizational structure was built and a strong and extensive legal framework was created. In this sense, a huge work was done and this legal framework becomes working, he said.

However, said Islam Karimov, the most important thing for the next stage in the SCO activities is that the documents that were adopted during the past 6 years and today become realizing.

"We should less talk about potential possibilities and more about SCO efficiency and its impact on the processes ongoing in Central Asia," he said.
