President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Albania Bamir Topi on the national holiday of that country – Independence Day.
The press-service of the President of Uzbekistan said that Islam Karimov wished his colleague a sound health and every success, and peace and wellbeing to the people of Albania.
