A book titled “Iranian foods” was also distributed among guests.
The author of the book is Monireh Keshavarz-zadeh, spouse of the ambassador.
Iran, geographically, contains 30 provinces with different ethnic groups with plenty of food recipes as well as traditional confections.
In the 7th Uzbekistan Festival on Traditional Culture and National Foods, representatives from foreign embassies like; Iran, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Russia, Japan, Greece, Ukraine, Georgia, Bangladesh, Egypt, Turkey, Poland, China, Vietnam, the USA, Italy, India, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, Turkmenistan, Czech Republic as well as cultural centers of Azerbaijan Republic, Belarus, Germany were attended.
