The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of Ipoteka Bank.

According to the prospectus of the emission, Ipoteka Bank will issue 62,326,240 ordinary and 2 million preferential shares with par value of 1,360 soums each. Total cost of the emission made up 87,483,686,400 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,360 soums.

According to the bank, the part of the emission for 64.326 billion soums was paid, while other part for 23.157 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.
