The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 14 October 2014.

Within the emission, the bank will place 62,326,240 ordinary and 2 million preferential shares with par value of 2,822 soums. Total sum of the issue is 181,528,649,280 soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription via replacement of old shares of the bank to new ones with higher nominal value.

The part of the issue for 138,301,406,000 soums is paid. Other part for 43,227,233,280 soums will be paid due to part of net income for 2013.
