Ipoteka Bank pays dividends for 2010, 1Q 2011
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
General shareholders meeting of the joint stock commercial mortgage bank Ipoteka Bank adopted decision on payment of dividends for 2010 and the first quarter of 2011.
The bank said it will pay 185.7 soums per preferential shares and 40 soums per ordinary shares for 2010.
The shareholders also adopted decision on payment of dividends at the size of 62.5 soums to preferential shares for the first quarter of 2011.
Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2 million preferential shares and 62,326,240 ordinary shares.
