According to the decision of shareholders, the bank will direct 7.476 billion soums to payment of dividends for 2011.

Ipak Yoli Bank will pay 21 soums of dividends per share for 2011. Number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 355.94 million ordinary and 60,000 preferred stocks.

The shareholders also directed 1.959 billion soums to formation of reserve of general use and 1.306 billion soums to formation of preferential crediting fund.

The shareholders also distributed undistributed income of previous years, directing 680.238 million soums to reserve fund of general use.
