Invest Finance Bank plans to increase charter capital
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Private joint stock commercial bank Invest Finance Bank is planning to increase its charter capital by 40 billion soums.
Shareholders of InFinBank approved number of announced shares, which the bank has the right to place. According to the decision, the bank can float 40 million shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums.
The bank’s statement said that total volume of announced shares makes up 40 billion soums.
Currently, the charter capital of InFinBank makes up 20 billion soums, which consists of 20 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums.
