Mobile communication operator Beeline introduced minimal payment size for 3,000 soums to its subscribers. It said that this is directed at decreasing load of the system. For the same reason, the company suspended some services such as Doveritelniy Platej and Avtoplatej.

Att he same time, employees of payment system Paynet started to request minimal payment size from Ucell subscribers as well.

State Demonopolization Committee stated that this is violation and called subscribers to address to the demonopolization body.

Davron Azizod, head of Ucell Corporate Communications, said Ucell did not introduce minimal payment size for subscribers. Ucell subscribers can put money at any size to their accounts, he added.

Azizov said that Ucell has information that employees of payment points are requiring minimal payment at the size of 3,000 and the company is attempting to solve this issue with Paynet.

Ucell encourages customers to protect their rights and report of any violations of the conditions of receiving payments with specific facts by phone number 180-00-00 or to official offices of the operator.
