Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The second international Forum “Uzbekistan 2035”, organized by “Buyuk Kelajak”, began its work on 5 February at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Throughout the Forum, experts of the Council of Buyuk Kelazhak presented an exclusive report with a presentation of the key economic and political areas of the draft Concept Strategy for the Long-term Development of Uzbekistan until 2035. Representatives of the deputy corps, state bodies, scientific and educational institutions and international organizations take part in the discussion of the proposals prepared by a group of experts on the draft Concept of the Long-term Development Strategy.
On the first day, the key event of the forum was the general plenary session, at which the main directions of the draft Concept Development Strategy of Uzbekistan until 2035 were presented. Further, the forum participants were divided into 8 working groups for a detailed discussion of the main provisions of the Strategy, such as “Development of State Governance”, “Agriculture and Textile Industry”, “Financial System, IIPI”, “Industry”, “Transport, Construction Industry and Infrastructure, tourism ”,“ Health and social policy ”,“ Human capital and culture ”and“ Ecology, science, technology and innovation ”.
On the second day, the final meeting of all participants is scheduled at which the Forum will be summed up, after which the materials of the draft Strategy Concept will be finalized and supplemented with the suggestions received.
During the Forum, public hearings will be organized among the general population, expert and analytical circles, representatives of state and public organizations.
