International EXPO “China–Eurasia 2025” Held in Ürümqi

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The international exhibition “China–Eurasia EXPO 2025” took place in the city of Ürümqi, located in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China. The event brought together participants from over 30 Eurasian countries.

Organized with the support of China’s Ministry of Commerce and the regional government of Xinjiang, the exhibition continues its tradition of fostering trade and economic ties, expanding investment and technological cooperation, and strengthening interregional connections under the Belt and Road Initiative.

National pavilions of China’s leading partner countries showcased their export potential, key industrial sectors, innovative developments, tourism offerings, and digital transformation achievements.

As part of the business program, thematic forums and panel sessions were held, focusing on topics such as sustainable logistics, energy, digital economy, green technologies, agro-industrial development, and cross-border cooperation. Particular attention was given to the development of transport corridors, including the Middle Corridor and the potential of the Caspian route.

The EXPO also featured B2B meetings, investment project presentations, and signing ceremonies of agreements between Chinese and international companies.

The China–Eurasia EXPO continues to serve as a key platform for deepening interregional cooperation and advancing integration processes among countries in East and Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Europe, and the Middle East.
