International discount service was launched specially for subscribers of Hit tariff plan. Subscribing to it, subscribers can call to Russia and states of Central Asia two times cheaper. With new service, the call to Russia will cost US$0.39 per minute, to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan - US$0.27 per minute.
