Over 50 companies, working in the market of Uzbekistan, participated at the conference. Intel organized exhibition of devices, produced by Intel partners.

Director on development of business of local partners and distribution in CIS states Victoria Yevtushenko presented plans of the company on production of new products in 2015-2016 and new platform SoFIA (Smart-or Feature-phone on IA, smartphone based on Intel architecture), which unites processor and mobile communication modem in one crystal.

New product is one of strategic important products of Intel. It will help to develop smartphones market and cheap chips based on Intel technologies. The product can be used in beginning and mid-level devices such as tablets, wearable technologies, IoT, etc.

Intel representatives presented new type of user interface Intel® RealSense™, server products, IoT market and shared information on CIS market, mobile platforms of Intel, Intel® Compute Stick, Intel® NUC and other products.

Intel expert Alexei Sleptsov said that the visit of Intel delegation is directed at studying market of Uzbekistan. He underlined that the corporation wants to study plans of Uzbekistan on development of technologies and draft their plans on this. He added that Intel is interested in further development of corporate segment of the market.

It is worth to mention that Intel started negotiations with local companies. Victoria Yevtushenko said that Intel is holding talks with Artel, a producer of home appliances, TV-sets and mobile devices on production of tablets and smartphones based on processors and technologic platforms of Intel.
