Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 15-24 November, the republican stage of the technological development marathon, organized by the National Office for the Implementation of Innovations and Technology Transfer under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was successfully completed.

The event was attended by gifted students of higher educational institutions, volunteers, media representatives and representatives of the general public. Most of the participants had scientific projects and innovative developments, but they lacked the skills to commercialize them and implement promising ideas.

As part of the marathon, mentors held master classes for the participants, during which the teams were able to discuss the details of their projects and receive tips for improvement. Employees of the National Office for Innovation and Technology Transfer also acted as mentors in the marathon.

TechnoWays is held to support young people, increase their technological and scientific knowledge and provide practical assistance in finding and implementing start-up projects.

About 300 participants have registered to participate in the republican stage of the TechnoWays marathon. As a result, the best projects were selected by experts and 8 winners were determined.

Prize places were distributed as follows:

1.Team with the development of a fire protection device for transformers;

2.Developers of the mini-tank with remote control;

3.Team with a project to simulate archery in VR mode;

4. Project Fazo AI;

5. Participants who presented the MedSkin project;

6.Project Immuno Tea;

7. Water solution;

8.Healthy progeny

Each of the winners was awarded a cash prize of 15 million soums.

Representatives of Coca-Cola Ichimligi Uzbekistan, the main sponsor of the TechnoWays marathon, donated tickets for EXPO 2020 in Dubai to two creative participants - Asadbek Urunov and Akbarali Turdiev.
