INGO Uzbekistan’s charter capital increases by 4.3 times
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- INGO Uzbekistan, subsidiary of Russia’s Ingosstakh in Uzbekistan, increased its charter capital by 4.3 times to 5.089 billion soums. The company registered corresponding changes with the local authorities.

The charter capital of the company was increased due to raising face value of shares from 1.173 million soums to 5.089 million soums. The shareholders of INGO Uzbekistan adopted the decision in June 2009.

The insurance company paid dividend for 3.915 billion soums in 2008, including 1.909 billion soums of 2008 income and 2.006 billion soums of undistributed income of previous years. Dividend per share made up 3.915 million soums.

Currently, the charter capital of INGO Uzbekistan comprises of 1,000 ordinary shares with face value of 5.089 million soums each.

INGO Uzbekistan possesses license of the State Insurance Inspectorate of Uzbekistan on 16 classes of insurance. The company collected 9.7 billion soums of premiums in 2008 and it occupied the third place in the market on this figure with 11.12% share.
