Bobur Ismoilov, head of the project, noted that businesses in Uzbekistan can send electronic reports and other information to banks and tax bodies with help of electronic digital signatures.

He said that new service will allow companies to exchange legal documents with commercial partners with use of electronic digital signatures. He noted that these electronic documents will have legal significance on a par with paper documents, signed and stamped by the parties.

Bobir Ismoilov underlined that security is provided through secure channels of communication and use of digital signature certificates, while processes comply with the requirements of the legislation of Uzbekistan.

He said that the document turnover via Faktura.uz decreases expenses for document exchange such as acts, invoices and other correspondences.
