The seminar was attended by over 120 specialists, responsible for state management in communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies, as well as establishments of the State Communication Committee, Center for information security, UNICON.UZ, and others.

The seminar was aimed at improving system of security of national Internet segment and information-communication technologies, studying modern methods of revealing, preventing and eliminating computer security threats, international experience in information security.

The participants considered experience of South Korea on ensuring cyber security, systems of information security, digital criminalistics, protection of websites, legislation of Uzbekistan in information security, protection of electronic document turnover, etc.

Within the seminar, the specialists of the Center for ensuring information security and Professor of Academy of Korea Internet and Security Agency Kwanjin Pak held talks and exchanged expereinces.

The Uzbek and Korean specialists determined further directions on further ensuring information security in the state sector, testing information objects, ways of reacting to computer incidents.
