According to the bank, shareholders allocated over 1.649 billion soums to payment of interim dividends for the third quarter of 2012.

In line with the decision, the size of the dividend per ordinary share will make up 76 soums. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 21.7 million ordinary securities.

Shareholders of InfinBank kept 10.36 million soums of net income as undistributed.
