He said that client A can transfer from own banking card to the card of person, who is client of bank B, in any region. He noted that such transactions were impossible earlier to technical reasons.

Fakhriddin Boboev underlined that from 1 March 2016 the minimal interest rate, paid by the bank to the balance on the cards of individuals, was set. The rate grew from 1% APR from refinancing rate of Central Bank to the size of refinancing rate of the Central Bank (now – 9%).

From 1 March, the banks are obliged to replace banking cards of individuals for free if the term of the card ended.
