Indian VED plans to open clinic in Ferghana region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  The Indian multi-specialty hospital VED is set to establish a clinic in Ferghana region.

The khokim (governor) of Ferghana region Khayrullo Bozorov met with the director of VED Hospital, Vaibhav Patel, to discuss the creation of an international multi-specialty clinic in the region under the management of VED.

During the meeting, Mr. Patel shared information about the hospital's activities, approaches to public projects, and specialized surgical procedures. He emphasized the intent to develop partnerships in various healthcare sectors within the region, aiming to provide medical services based on European standards.

The initiative also plans to attract highly qualified Indian specialists to enhance the skills of local medical personnel through training and experience exchange.

The khokim expressed full support, noting that the proposed projects are crucial for the development of healthcare in the Ferghana region.

The Indian delegation plans to inspect the facilities necessary for the project’s implementation and participate in further discussions to establish structured cooperation.
