Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  In Ferghana district of Ferghana region, a citizen was detained while attempting to illegally transport over 40 iPhone 16 Pro Max smartphones, according to the press service of the regional customs office.

Customs officials stopped a Lacetti vehicle for inspection and discovered 44 iPhone 16 Pro Max smartphones with a total value of 900 million soums.

It was reported that the man imported the devices without the necessary documents.

An investigative review is currently being conducted by customs authorities.
