Uche Iheruome scored the only goal for Uzbek League leaders Pakhtakor as they registered a 1-0 win over Nasaf to stay seven clear after the 20th round recently.

Pakhtakor are now on 56 points while Kuruvchi who destroyed Tupalang 4-1 are second in the ladder with 49 points. On target for Kuruvchi were Ilhom Mumindjanov (17, 30), Sergey Lushan (28), and Gochguly Gochgulyev (40 penalty). Vali Keldyev scored a consolation goal for Tupalang in the 71st minute.

Mashal stayed four points behind Kuruvchi after a 2-0 defeat of Metallurg, courtesy goals from Victor Klishin (28) and Jasur Boboev (90+2).

Neftchi were held by Navbahor 1-1 after Nosir Otakuziev’s 36th minute goal was cancelled by Vladimir Baranov in the 43rd minute.

In other games, Lokomotiv drubbed Kyzlkum 3-0, Vobkent were held by Samarqand 2-2, Shurtan split the points with Traktor after a 3-3 draw, and Andijan drew with Bukhara 0-0.
