UzA reported that the IFFHS list includes 300 football clubs and made up based on results of officials matches in 2001-2012.

Pakhtakor Tashkent was on the third place in the ranking with 943 points. Al-Hilol and Al-Ittihod of Saudi Arabia are second and third respectively.

Clubs from South Korea, Japan, Iran and Kuwait followed Pakhtakor in the ranking. The ranking also includes several clubs from Uzbekistan.

Bunyodkor claimed the 34th place, Neftchi Ferghana – 36th place, Nasaf Karshi – 38th place, Mashal Mubarek – 103rd place, Navbakhor Namangan – 152nd place, Kyzylkum – 158th place, Samarkand Dinamo – 170th place, Bukhoro – 177th place.

Shurtan Guzar was on 180th place in the ranking, Andijan – 190th place, Metallurg – 192nd place, Locomotive Tashkent – 212th place, Tractor Tashkent – 267th place, Olmalik – 295th place and Sogdiana – 296th place.
