Hyper Partners Launches Major Investment Project in Bishkek

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An Investment Agreement has been signed in Bishkek between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, represented by the capital’s city hall, and the foreign limited liability company Hyper Partners from the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The document was signed by the Mayor of Bishkek, Aybek Junushaliev, on behalf of the Kyrgyz side, and by Baburbek Usmanov, CEO of Hyper Partners, on behalf of the investor.

According to the agreement, a large-scale investment project will be implemented in Bishkek involving the construction of a multifunctional complex. The facility will combine a modern business center, residential and commercial spaces, hotel apartments, retail outlets, dining establishments, and a landscaped public area with recreation zones, green spaces, and parking.

The project aims to develop the city’s infrastructure, enhance the investment attractiveness of the capital, create new jobs, and introduce modern architectural solutions to the urban landscape of Bishkek.

As part of the project, an educational and cultural complex will also be built on the grounds of MTU No. 8 in the Oktyabrsky district, covering a total area of 3.35 hectares. Upon completion, the complex will be transferred to state ownership. It will include a mosque accommodating 25,000 worshippers and a religious-educational institution (madrasa).

Hyper Partners is a rapidly growing investor registered in Uzbekistan, specializing in real estate, development, and construction projects. In recent years, the company has successfully completed several large-scale developments in Tashkent and other cities across Central Asia, establishing itself as a reliable partner with a strong commitment to sustainable business practices. In Kyrgyzstan, Hyper Partners is represented by its subsidiary Turan City LLC, registered in Bishkek in May 2024.

The Bishkek City Hall, acting on behalf of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasized the strategic importance of the agreement and confirmed its readiness to provide comprehensive support throughout all stages of the project’s implementation in accordance with national legislation.
