Before launch of the hotel, the administration organized a media tour for representatives of mass media of Uzbekistan.

General manager Puneet Tandon welcomed the journalists and briefed them about the hotel. He noted that the hotel has 300 rooms. There are 38 Regency Suites, eight exclusive lux suits, five diplomatic lux suits and one presidential lux suit. Total area of the rooms is from 35 square meters in standard rooms and to 190 square meters in presidential suit.

Hyatt Regency Tashkent includes Italian pizzeria Sette, Khiva restaurant, Chai Lounge and Bar. Hyatt Regency Tashkent also offers conference halls for conducting business meetings and weddings. There are also Spa Center, modern fitness center and indoor pools.

During media tour, the journalists familiarized themselves with facilities of the hotel. They visited Khiva restaurant. The journalists tasted hot samsa and patir, prepared here by the hotel cooks.
