Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Today, Tashkent welcomed Hussein Al Musallam, the General Director of the Olympic Council of Asia and President of World Aquatics. During his visit, the distinguished guest is getting acquainted with the preparations for the Tashkent 2025 Youth Asian Games.

In particular, in the first half of the day, he visited the Olympic Village under construction in the capital and reviewed the progress made. He was accompanied by the General Secretary of the National Olympic Committee, Oybek Kasimov, and representatives of CAMC Engineering, the company responsible for the construction works.

Oybek Kasimov informed the foreign specialist that our government fully supports the project, and the process is proceeding as planned.

Hussein Al Musallam’s working visit to Tashkent continues, during which a number of official meetings are scheduled.
