Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  On 29 October 2024, a meeting was held in Tashkent between HUMO and representatives from NPCI International, a subsidiary of the National Payments Corporation of India.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed current trends in the payment market and reached a significant agreement on the establishment of a joint payment network. The focus also included the development of bilateral money transfer systems.

The meeting addressed experience exchange, the development of technological solutions, and new products for both markets.

This dialogue has opened up prospects for deepening partnerships and effectively implementing the strategies of both systems.

NPCI International is known for its advanced solutions, such as UPI and RuPay, which facilitate seamless real-time payments, promoting financial inclusivity and accessibility for all.
