Huawei hosts LTE FORUM 2015 in Tashkent
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Huawei, strategic partner of communication operators of Uzbekistan, contributes to development of modern technologies to create wide opportunities to population to use global resources and assist citizens to participate in public governance via electronic government.

On 21 July, Huawei organized LTE Forum 201 in Tashkent dedicated to development of mobile broadband access in Uzbekistan with use of LTE (4G) technologies. Within the forum, the evaluation of mobile networks on the base of 4.5G and 5G technologies were discussed.

Zhao Jianping, director-general of Huawei in Uzbekistan, said that the event is important for development of mobile industry of Uzbekistan and exchange experience.

Experts from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and China attended the Huawei Forum and briefed the participants on latest trends in global mobile communication market, experience on LTE introduction, and vision on future of mobile broadband access. The participants also discussed actual and practical issues of developing and introduction of broadband at the networks of the operators of Uzbekistan.

As a leading vendor of 4G solution, Huawei has launched the largest number of LTE networks in the world - 189 commercial LTE networks. The world’s largest operators have chosen Huawei to deploy LTE networks in the capital cities and financial centers. Huawei, being the founders of the 5G technology, contributes significantly to its development.

It should be noted that the 5G World Summit 2015, Huawei was awarded with the prize “For the greatest contribution to the development of 5G» and the award for “Best Innovation of the Year in the NFV area”.
