Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – In accordance with the resolution of the President “On Measures for Further Development of the Film Industry and the Creation of a Series of Films Dedicated to the History of the Country”, the “House of Cinema” has been renamed as the “Palace of National Cinematic Art of Uzbekistan”.
As part of the Center for the Development of National Cinematography of Uzbekistan, a school will be established to train and retrain specialists with secondary vocational education for the film industry (film school).
Film lectures will be organized in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, as well as in secondary schools throughout the republic. Additionally, free screenings of national films will be held in cultural centers located in districts (cities).
These screenings will be conducted through the information-multimedia streaming platform (uzbekkino.uz) operated by the Center for the Development of National Cinematography.
